We have had a few people ask us the above question in the last week. Those of you who receive our monthly newsletter, “The Knock” may know this.
The answer is 2 – fold.

1. It is a play on our last name… The Doars.. door, knock… get it? Cheezy we know…
2. Secondly, it makes reference to Matthew 7:7
   Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

There you go!

We are handing/mailing out our support letters for Ecuador this week.  We are excited for the opportuinity to expand the partners in our ministry, and use all of our combined efforts and resources to reach people for Christ.

We have not been doing too well keeping up on the site recently… I have been having trouble thinking of things to add other than “Ecuador is Coming up!”

We are currently working on setting up a list of the materials we will need in Ecuador, and what we are packing. We are also getting the house packed up as we start to determine what we want to keep, and what we will sell/give away.

We will try to get back to the 1 – 2 post a week stage soon, and most definitely when we are in Ecuador. Thanks for hanging in there!

Hello All!  This pask week has been busy for us, Kirstie has her 2nd interview with Best Buy on Sat, and we are finishing up some final details for a mass mailing.

Not too much else going on.  I will be at an overnighter this weekend leading worship for  a Children’s retreat.  So pray for energy!
I will also need some strength, this will actually be my first night away from Bela… (pause for “awwwww”)  I will miss her and her mommy!
