Stuk in Irak

After John Kerry’s failed run for office, I had hoped that I would not see him in
the news again…But alas, John Kerry has managed to force his way into headlines again with a tasteless joke, with a bad delivery in an attempt to take a shot at the President.
“You know, education — if you make the most of it, you study hard and you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.”
There we no laughs in the crowd, and Kerry’s face sunk as he realized his botched delivery. After this, does the senator issue an apology for his accidentally implying U.S. soldiers have a diminished level of intelligence? Quite the opposite:
“Let me make it crystal clear, as crystal clear as I know how: I apologize to no one for my criticism of the president and of his broken policy. If anyone owes our troops in the fields an apology, it is the President”
Atta boy John Kerry…
Well, at least the Minnesota National Guard’s 34th Infantry Division are lighthearted about it. They were able to use their diminished intelligence to fingerpaint an awesome picture for John… They managed to finish it just before naptime.

This is so funny! I am laughing out loud all by myself (everyone else here is asleep!). I had not seen this pic in the news. I’m glad the soldiers can make light of it instead of being mad.
